Make A Donation

Give to Our 2026 Annual Campaign

Your donation helps preserve High Prairie’s stories and share them with the community today and for generations to come. Funds raised through donations support two important areas of museum work:

Care of the Collections
Donations help us preserve and care for the artifacts, photographs, archival records, and stories entrusted to the museum. This includes supporting proper storage, documentation, handling, and preservation so that the collection held in trust for the community remains protected, organized, and accessible for future generations.

Community Programming
Your support helps us develop school programs, public programs, tours, and hands-on learning experiences that inspires and connects visitors of all ages with our loocal history and culture. Donations help make it possible to create engaging programs for students, families, seniors, community groups, and visitors who want to learn more about High Prairie and the surrounding region.

The Town of High Prairie acknowledges Treaty 8 territory, the ancestral and traditional territory of the Cree, Dene and Métis. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples whose footsteps have marked these lands for generations, including the many places you are joining us from. We are grateful for the many Traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. Our recognition of this land is an act of reconciliation and an expression of our gratitude to those whose territory we reside on, or are visiting.
